ISSUE

A world leading agriculture technology company experienced rapid growth for over a decade in all aspects of its operations in China including sales & marketing, production, R&D, etc. As the company was poised for its next phase of investment and development in China, the HQs identified the problem that different lines of business had different expressions of their China Value Proposition (CVP). The HQs decided to develop one unified CVP that reflects the company’s comprehensive long-term commitment and contribution in China.

WHAT WE DID

Based on the company’s development needs, DaoHe developed a unified CVP that was well received by all lines of business and functions. DaoHe also designed a comprehensive internal and external communication plan to help the teams learn the new CVP and deliver it effectively to stakeholders. The new CVP was highly recognized by government stakeholders, receiving positive feedbacks such as “truly understand China”. Such recognition from the government has helped pave the way for the company's further development in China.
